The quick-time movies below were extracted from an interview conducted on 2 February 1998 by a group of  middle school teachers participating in the Savannah Images Project/Georgia Humanities Council Teacher Enrichment Workshops.  After completing a morning workshop on Oral History conducted by Dr. Barbara Hendry of Georgia Southern University, the teachers came together in a railroad car at the Savannah History Museum with Mr. W. Donald Cogdell, former Superintendent of the Central of Georgia and Southern Railroad in Savannah.  The videoclips in this data site are from the collection of  the Savannah Images Project..  Usage is strictly limited to non-profit educational purposes.  Permission to reproduce these videoclips for any purpose, including academic or commercial publication, must be obtained in advance and in writing from Dr. Michael E.
